For short rental period (weekly rental)
Period
• Minimum 3 nights
• Price reduction for 2 weeks and more, very good deals off-season
Payment
• 50% on signature of the contract, 50% 30 days before arrival
• We accept credit cards (Mastercard, Visa)
Included in rent
• Heating, water, electricity
• normal cleaning of accomodation on departure
• Beds made up on arrival, one laundry set (bed linen and bath towels) per person
• WIFI and television
• VAT3.8%
Not included
• Deposit
• cancelation insurance (optional)
• phone charges
• fire wood
• tourist taxes
• damages, etc…
Cancellation policy
• Refundable up to 30 days before arrival
• EARLY BOOKING rate (10% for all winter bookings before September 30) non-refundable
• Cancellation insurance can be taken out with the agency for 4% of the rental price.
For long rental period (seasonal rental)
Period
5 months, from the 1st of December to the 30th of April
Some apartments can be rented for shorter or longer periods
Payment
Total amount of the seasonal rent as well as the security deposit to be fully paid before taking possession
Included in rent
• Heating

• Electricity
• 1 set of linen / sheets per person
• VAT 3.8%
Not included
• Laundry service
• Cleaning and maintenance of the apartment
• Tourist taxes
• Firewood
• Damage, etc
